어제 청문회가 실시되어 수치스러운 헤프닝이 착수되었습니다. 아니 진작에 시작되었지만 그것이 헤프닝인지를 모르는 것인지 알면서 감추는 것인지 알 수 없습니다.

이 헤프닝의 죄없는 물주는 등골이 휘도록 고생하는 바로 우리들, 주권자인 국민입니다.

이들은 불법하게 수사권을 휘두른 전해병대수사단장 박정훈대령을 비호하는 것도 모자라 소란을 점점 더 키워가고 있습니다.

​

​

더더욱 심각한 것은 바로 이러한 헤프닝이 진지하게 전개되고 있다는 점입니다.

​

사태의 본질을 알고 있는 식자들 눈으로 볼 때 황당한 대환장파티 그 이상도 이하도 아닙니다.

그 누구보다도 더 선명하게 본질을 파악해야 할 법률 제정주체들이 어찌된 일인 지 불법수사한 박정훈팀을 비호할 뿐만 아니라 불법 산출물에 대한 외압을 조사한답시고 전파와 혈세를 낭비하고 있습니다.

소위 법률을 제정한다는 자들이 이 대환장파티의 주연입니다.

도대체 박정훈팀(수사권없는 군경찰)이 어떻게 90명에 이르는 사건관계인들을 소환했으며 1000쪽이 넘는 자료들을 확보했는지 사이버에 노출된 자료들만 봐서도 불법한 사실들이 한 두가지가 아님에도 그것을 모르거나 모른척 하고 있다는 점입니다.

어제 국회의원들 앞에서 일개 훈령의 별지 서식하나가 그들이 제정한 법률을 극복하는 것을 두 눈뜨고 방치하였습니다.

백주대낮에 강도를 만나 두 눈 멀거니 뜨고 당한 것입니다. 참담합니다.

​

이 사건에 대하여 공부를 제대로 하지 않은 일개 변호사가 신성해야 할 국회의사당에서 하위법령인 국방부훈령의 "인지"를 근거로 관할을 배제한 법률을 뭉개버리는 상식 밖의 꼬락서니를 용인하는 정청래 의원과 여당의원들은 도대체 제 정신인가요?

2021년 군사법원법 개정으로 고 채상병 사건의 경우 군경찰에겐 당초부터 수사권이 없습니다. 그들(박정훈팀)에겐 특별하게 검시처분권한과 (입건전조사 단계 이전의) 기초조사정도, 굳이 수사권이라고 한다면 거의 몸뚱아리에서 손가락 정도만 남은 형해화된 수사권에 불과할 뿐입니다.

주권자로서 소시민이 열심히 공부한 바, 그렇게 보입니다.

공개적으로 박정훈팀(수사권없는 군경찰)에게 어떤 근거조항을 기초로 사건관계인들을 소환해서 조서를 작성하는 등의 수사권력을 행사했는 지 그 구체적 근거조항을 아무리 해도 찾을 수가 없습니다. 정확하게 구체적인 근거조항들을 밝혀 소시민의 눈을 씻어 주시길 주권자의 권리로써 요구합니다.

A disgraceful incident began with yesterday's hearing. Or rather, it had already begun, but whether they are unaware of it being an incident or are knowingly hiding it is unclear.

The burden of this incident falls on us, the people, the sovereign citizens who suffer greatly.

Not only do they protect Colonel Park Jung-hoon, the former head of the Marine Corps investigation unit who wielded investigative power illegally, but they also continue to escalate the situation.

What's more serious is the absurd reality that this incident is unfolding seriously.

To those knowledgeable about the essence of the situation, it's nothing more or less than a ridiculous chaos.

It's shocking that those who should most clearly understand the essence of the matter, the legislators, not only protect Park Jung-hoon's team that conducted illegal investigations but also waste public resources by investigating external pressures on the illegal outputs.

The fact that those who are supposed to create laws are leading this chaotic mess is bewildering.

How did Park Jung-hoon's team (military police without investigative authority) summon around 90 related parties and secure over 1,000 pages of documents? Even just from the materials exposed online, numerous illegal actions are evident, yet they pretend not to know.

In front of the members of the National Assembly yesterday, they watched with open eyes as a mere attachment form from a directive overcame the laws they had enacted.

It's like being robbed in broad daylight while standing helplessly. It's heartbreaking.

Are Assemblyman Jung Chung-rae and the ruling party members, who allowed an inexperienced lawyer to use the "recognition" clause of a subordinate regulation from the Ministry of National Defense to override a law excluding jurisdiction in the sacred halls of the National Assembly, in their right minds?

Is this what happens when one is buried in political strife?

Since the revision of the Military Court Act in 2021, the military police have had no investigative authority in cases like the one involving the late Private Chae. If we generously consider the special right to autopsy and basic investigation (prior to the investigation stage) as investigative power, it is nothing more than a nominal power, like a fingernail on a body.

As a conscientious citizen who has studied hard, this is how it appears to me.

Publicly, there is no specific provision that justifies the investigative powers exercised by Park Jung-hoon's team (military police without investigative authority) in summoning related parties and drafting investigation reports. I demand, as a right of a citizen, that you clearly disclose the specific legal grounds for these actions to clear up the doubts of the citizens.

Engaging in such shameful actions that would embarrass the nation if known worldwide, without realizing the gravity of it, is indeed a serious issue.

Please carefully review the relevant legal provisions and provide a precise response.
